This is a nice vintage souvenir plate from Reno, NV "The biggest little city in the world". It features a slot machine, cards, a roulette wheel, and dice with great detailing throughout. The plate has a scalloped edge and gold and silver trim rim. It was made in Japan by MM Enterprises. Please see the pictures for details.
