$48.00 $60.00
Hummel collectible annual plates were first issued in 1971 by the Goebel company, based on the artwork of Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel, a German nun. These plates feature charming depictions of children, which are characteristic of Hummel's style. Each year, a new plate was introduced, and collectors eagerly awaited the release of these limited-edition designs.
This is the highly collectible inaugural 1973 Globetrotter plate (Hum No 266). It's already framed in a delightful wooden frame and ready to hang!
