This is an original and rare, 1945, 3 Ring Circus coloring book untouched by a single crayon or pair of scissors. This 12 page, children's coloring book was beautifully illustrated by Corinne R. Bailey, and published by the Saalfield Publishing Company in 1945.

This is not your run-of-the-mill coloring book, it is a "color, cut out, stand up" coloring book designed so children could create their own 3D circus scene. It would be ashamed to cut up this book now after 71 years and it certainly has earned the honor to your gallery wall in your home. The fact that it survived 71 years of children running with nubby scissors is the biggest surprise of them all!! ;P

Condition
This item is in good shape for its age! The striking cover shows edge wear, light crease lines, and tearing at the bottom corner. There is surface wear in the green of the stool. The back cover (photo #5) has a small tear at the top, edge wear and had been slightly dog eared. The interior pages are clean, with the exception of the tearing on the bottom right.
