This is a very beautiful, WWII US Army pillowcase souvenir. The air force seal decorates the top of the pillowcase while the edge is adorned with bright yellow thread and pink filigree.

Text in the center of the pillowcase reads:

SISTER
Of all the girls I ever knew

You're the nearest
You're the dearest
Pal I ever knew
